Position: Hostel Warden (Male - Female)

Location: Career Point University, Kota

Week Off: 1 weekday off per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure discipline among hostel students, address student grievances & coordinate with parents, faculty, and administration when required.
- Handle day-to-day hostel operations, student safety, and welfare.
- Monitor & Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with school authorities and parents as needed.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff for smooth hostel operations.
- Maintain proper records related to hostel activities maintain records of student accommodation, room allotment, and hostel-related activities & student concerns




- Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Maintain discipline, attendance records, and student movement registers.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.

Requirements:

- Must know driving and possess a valid driving license.
- Prior experience in hostel/student management is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
