- Improve client satisfaction by implementing streamline banking process and enhance customer service.
- Follow up with banker for file login and disbursement of Home Loan Maintain MIS.
- Analyze project revenue Check eligibility of customer and suggest suitable loan on basis of customer profile.
- Handle customer complaint and take appropriate action to resolve them.
