Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the US recruitment lifecycle, different employment models, US job portals, and effective candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Work on various IT requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and other emerging technologies.
- Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, and W2 Contract positions.
- Understand US employment types, visa categories, and work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD, OPT, etc.).
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and client requirements.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate submissions with account managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and offer closures.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while maintaining recruitment quality.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other US job portals.
- Valuable understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and direct-hire recruitment models.
- Knowledge of US visa types and employment authorization.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in US night shifts and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent positions.
- Exposure to direct client requirements and implementation partners.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools and maintaining candidate databases.
- Strong understanding of US IT market trends and salary/rate benchmarks.
