? Key Responsibilities

- ? Manage recruitment consultants and drive hiring coordination.
- ? Partner with hiring managers to fulfil talent requirements.
- ? Track recruitment metrics, hiring TAT, and consultant performance through dashboards.
- ? Manage the complete employee lifecycle — onboarding, engagement, employee relations, and offboarding.
- ? Handle employee queries, HR operations, and engagement initiatives.

? Who Can Apply?
- B.E./B.Tech with an MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.




- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
- Freshers with robust communication and stakeholder management skills are welcome!
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in aerospace, defence, or engineering-driven industries is an added advantage.
