ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is looking for technically inclined and service-oriented individuals to join as Technical Support Executive Interns. This internship provides practical exposure to troubleshooting, technical query handling, software support, and customer assistance. Interns will learn how to identify common technical issues and provide appropriate support under guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in responding to basic technical queries from users.
- Identify and troubleshoot common software and application issues.
- Guide users through basic technical procedures and solutions.
- Record support requests, issues, and resolution details.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
- Assist in testing software features and reporting bugs.
- Maintain technical support documentation and knowledge resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reported issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and operating systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with internet applications and common software tools.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple language.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or basic networking concepts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools is preferred.
- Freshers interested in technical support and IT services are welcome.
