Position: Tele Callers

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Location: Dugri Dhandra Road, Ludhiana

Schedule: Day shift

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone
- Assisting customers with product/service information.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and qualified manner.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude while engaging with customers.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
