Skylane Infra is looking for energetic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing real estate team in Panagarh and Durgapur.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial properties, generating customer enquiries, conducting site visits, and converting potential customers into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through field marketing, customer visits, and local networking.
- Promote Skylane Infra's residential and commercial projects.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain property details, pricing, and project features.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with interested customers and support booking conversions.
- Build relationships with local property agents, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain daily customer follow-up and sales activity reports.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Own Bike / Two-Wheeler – Mandatory
- Valid Driving Licence – Mandatory




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Willingness to travel across Panagarh and Durgapur.
- Real estate sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field marketing skills may also apply.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
