Customer Support Executive – English Chat Process

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: Up to ₹36000 In hand

Experience Required

- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International BPO are preferred.
- Experience in International or Domestic Chat/Voice Support is an added advantage.
- Freshers with good English communication skills are also eligible to apply.

Key Requirements Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift setting.

Good typing and multitasking skills for Chat Support.

Candidates with relevant International BPO experience will be preferred.
