- Identify and connect with truck carriers to arrange transportation for available shipments.

- Handle carrier inquiries through calls and emails.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipment details and update records.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
- Resolve basic transportation and delivery-related issues.
