Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls related to loan products and services.
- Assist customers with loan-related queries, EMI details, repayment information, and account-related concerns.
- Provide information about loan services and available offers.
- Generate business opportunities through cross-selling and loan Top-Up offers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Positive communication skills are mandatory.
- Customer handling and sales skills will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary Details (Monthly CTC)

- V3 Fresher: 20,500
- V3 Experienced: 21,000
- V4 Fresher: 23,297
- V4 Experienced: 28,500

Incentives

- Unlimited performance-based incentives.
- Additional earning opportunities based on performance.

Shift Timings

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 9:30 AM onwards, as per shift allocation.
