Role & responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules and work programmes.

- Develop baseline schedules as per project scope and contractual requirements.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.

- Define project milestones, activities, and timelines.

- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.

- Compare actual progress against planned progress.

- Prepare resource requirements for manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment.

- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams for resource availability.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, Procurement, and Subcontractors.

- Collect progress data from site teams.

- Ensure alignment between planning and actual site execution.

- Participate in project review meetings.

- Follow up on pending activities and project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

- Project planning and scheduling.

- Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Progress monitoring and reporting..

- Delay analysis and project control.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
