Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipment-related activities for FFS projects and FTE programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and PR&D.;
- Coordinate with the AR&D; team for the collection of shipment samples and ATR documentation.
- Maintain client-wise shipment trackers for all shipped targets.
- Manage product stock, leftover stock records, and material storage under Program Management.
- Maintain packing material inventory and coordinate shipment dispatch activities.
- Maintain Compound Management and Resource Management trackers.
- Prepare and share Analytical Stability Summary Sheets with management.
- Update the status of ongoing PDMO projects and track project progress.




- Conduct project kick-off meetings for recent PDMO projects and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) to the team.
- Prepare project charters and ensure readiness for project kick-off meetings.
- Create new customer codes in Sci-Sample software and provide necessary authorizations to team members.
- Coordinate with SCIM/R&D; teams for raw material (RM) activities and analytical outsourcing requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Program Management.

Candidate Eligibility R&D; candidates with an M.Sc. in Chemistry and 2-4 years of relevant experience are also eligible to apply.
