EHV International is expanding its hospitality teams across multiple locations, and we are looking for passionate, well-groomed and guest-focused professionals to join our Guest Relations team.

Job Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and memorable first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, seating arrangements and table allocation.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Build solid guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage VIP guests, special occasions and exclusive dining arrangements.




- Maintain guest databases, reservation records and feedback reports.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, grooming and guest engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality or a related field.
- Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Luxury Hotels, Fine Dining or Premium Restaurant Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming and a guest-first approach.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality education and excellent communication skills may also apply for entry-level positions.
