Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic and career requirements.
- Provide information and guidance regarding courses, programs, admissions and enrolment.
- Assist students throughout the application process, including document collection and submission.
- Follow up with prospective students and address their queries or concerns.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions/sales.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline through CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
- Handle email communication with students whenever required.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and drive admission conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Process.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- End-to-end sales experience is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to create urgency and drive conversions.
- Good product knowledge and ability to explain offerings effectively.
- Experience working with CRM/database systems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and target-oriented.
