- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen profiles & conduct telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews & ensure regular follow-ups
- Maintain daily trackers & reports
- Achieve monthly hiring targets & closures

Candidate Profile:

- Female Candidates only.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process

- Salary upto 25k (based on prior BPO recruitment experience).
