ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is seeking enthusiastic and communication-oriented individuals for the position of Email & Chat Process Intern. This internship offers practical exposure to professional email communication, customer query handling, written support, and service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to customer queries through email and chat channels.
- Provide clear, polite, and professional written responses.
- Understand customer concerns and share relevant information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members.
- Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Support daily reporting and customer service activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Positive written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
- Ability to write professional emails and messages.




- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from any stream can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers interested in email and chat support are welcome.
