Experience: 12- 18 years

Qualification :: Full time MBA / PGDM in HR

What Were Looking For

Must have:

- 12- 18 years of progressive HR experience
- Mandatory retail industry experience, ideally in organised, multi-location retail
- Mandatory hands-on talent acquisition experience, with ownership of recruitment delivery and workforce planning
- Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management expertise
- Experience supporting store operations or geographically distributed teams
- Proven ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Solid communication, negotiation and decision-making skills

Good to have:

- Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, footwear, consumer electronics or large-format retail
- Exposure to HRMS implementation, HR automation or HR transformation
- Experience supporting rapid retail expansion
- Learning & development exposure
