ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is looking for responsible and communication-focused individuals for the position of Customer Service and Email Process Intern. This internship provides practical exposure to customer query management, professional email handling, service coordination, and customer relationship support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries through email and approved communication channels.
- Provide accurate, polite, and professional responses.
- Understand customer concerns and assist with appropriate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Escalate complex requests to the appropriate team.
- Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines.
- Assist in preparing daily customer support reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications.




- Ability to draft transparent and professional emails.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from any academic background can apply.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or email platforms is beneficial.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
