Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business loan leads through telecalling and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Sales / Banking preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Up to 18,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to 40,000, performance-based
