Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East for a senior professional specializing in Global Tail Spend Management and MRO/CAPEX Strategic Sourcing. The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for tail-spend categories, particularly MRO and CAPEX, to drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvement across global operations. The individual will analyze spend data, identify consolidation opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and implement category management initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing RFQs/RFPs, managing contracts, monitoring supplier KPIs,



and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. The role also requires continuous process improvement, market benchmarking, and the use of procurement tools and analytics to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tail spend management, and category management, with a focus on MRO and CAPEX.
- Candidates should possess skills in spend analysis, cost optimization, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to drive measurable savings and value.

(JD) We are looking for an experienced Global MRO / CAPEX Strategic Sourcing professional with strong expertise in global procurement, supplier management, end-to-end RFX processes, contract management, and team leadership.

The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving strategic sourcing initiatives, developing sourcing pipelines, managing global suppliers, and ensuring procurement objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an SME and guide team members and stakeholders on strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
- Understand business user and maintenance engineer requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and manage sourcing pipelines for MRO, CAPEX, materials, and related services.
- Drive end-to-end RFX processes, including RFQ, RFP, and RFI.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), quotation matrices, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
