: Hindi Bilingual Expert (AI Audio & Language Evaluation)

About the Role

We are seeking Hindi Bilingual Experts to contribute to high-impact machine learning and audio AI initiatives. In this role, you will evaluate and refine the performance of next-generation conversational AI systems, voice models, and speech recognition algorithms.

Your native linguistic intuition and domain knowledge—not technical AI programming experience—will directly shape how state-of-the-art models understand, reason, and generate Hindi naturally.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

- Audio & Fluency Evaluation: Review spoken Hindi audio samples and evaluate model outputs for native authenticity, fluency, cadence, and overall naturalness.
- Acoustic & Linguistic Assessment: Analyze pronunciation, accent accuracy, dialect nuances, tone, and intonation against structured project evaluation rubrics.
- Written Feedback & Reporting: Provide transparent, structured, and objective written assessments in English, explaining evaluation scores with concise linguistic rationales.
- Justification & Consistency:



Supply clear evidence and reasoning for each evaluation metric to ensure cross-dataset consistency and reliability.
- Quality Assurance: Meet agreed-upon delivery targets and maintain strict standards for evaluation accuracy and data hygiene.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project leads to resolve edge cases, ambiguous phrasing, regional colloquialisms, or script discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Language Mastery:
- Native-level fluency in Hindi with impeccable enunciation, ear for colloquial nuance, and standard pronunciation awareness.
- Professional working proficiency in English (CEFR B2 level or higher) for written justifications and project communication.
- Subject Matter Familiarity: Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice recording/acting, audio engineering, translation, transcription, or language pedagogy.
- Analytical Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to detect subtle phonetic anomalies, unnatural pauses, or inflection errors in synthetic and human speech.
- Autonomous Execution: Comfort working independently in a remote contractor environment with clear deadlines and structured rubrics.
