Plutus IAS is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated Hindi Medium Faculty for Hindi Literature (UPSC) to guide and mentor aspirants preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a thorough understanding of the UPSC Hindi Literature Optional syllabus, particularly the Mains examination.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach the complete UPSC Hindi Literature Optional syllabus for the Civil Services Mains Examination.
- Explain complex literary concepts, poetry, prose, novels, drama, and criticism in a easy and structured manner.
- Prepare comprehensive study materials, notes, and exam-oriented content in Hindi.
- Guide students in answer writing, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and answer-writing practice sessions.
- Evaluate Mains answer copies and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Cover the syllabus according to the UPSC examination pattern and requirements.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to improve their performance.
- Stay updated with UPSC examination trends, previous year questions, and changes in the syllabus.





Eligibility & Requirements
- Master's degree in Hindi Literature or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong command of Hindi language and literature.
- In-depth knowledge of the UPSC Hindi Literature Optional syllabus.
- Previous teaching experience for UPSC Civil Services Mains is preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in answer-writing guidance and Mains preparation will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain literary concepts effectively in Hindi.
