Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and qualified High School Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-driven math lessons to high school students (Grades 9 through 12, including board exam preparation and optional IIT-JEE/competitive pre-foundation guidance). The ideal candidate can simplify complex mathematical concepts, foster a positive learning workplace, and track individual student growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan and deliver structured, interactive, and concept-based math lessons aligned with the school’s [CBSE/ICSE/Cambridge] curriculum.
- Student Assessment: Design, administer, and grade quizzes, tests, homework, and term exams to evaluate student understanding.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and motivating classroom environment conducive to active participation.
- Differentiated Support: Identify struggling or advanced students and provide extra guidance, remedial sessions, or competitive exam preparation (e.g.,



JEE/Olympiad foundations).
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly update parents/guardians on student academic progress and behavioral development during parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaboration: Participate in faculty meetings, school events, curriculum development workshops, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc. with B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of [2+ years] of high school math teaching experience in a recognized school. (Freshers with strong subject mastery and communication skills may also apply).
- Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of high school mathematics, logical reasoning, and application-based problem solving.
- Skills:
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate digital tools and smartboards into daily teaching.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
