Key Responsibilities

- Lead and promote a congenial setting among staff, students, and parents, ensuring mutual trust and understanding.
- Establish high standards of academic performance and develop a comprehensive educational plan to achieve school goals.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies into the curriculum and lesson plans.
- Oversee admissions, staff allocation, and ensure effective evaluation and development of teaching staff.
- Prepare regular reports to demonstrate school progress and utilize data for decision-making.
- Organize extracurricular programs to support the holistic development of students.




- Manage official correspondence and ensure compliance with board requirements.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Post-Graduate with B. Ed or M.Ed.
- Over 7 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an administrative role within a reputable educational institution.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the capacity to manage teams effectively and drive results.
- Experience in both residential and day schools, with a strong understanding of CBSE curriculum.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and approach challenges creatively.
