We are looking for a seasoned leader to head large-scale Operations, Project Delivery, Engineering, and Services for a leading Industrial Automation business. The role carries full responsibility for operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Engineering, Projects, and Services operations across India.

- Drive Revenue, Gross Margin, Cash Flow, and overall business performance.

- Ensure successful delivery of large automation projects from execution through customer acceptance and warranty support.

- Build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.

- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and delivery transformation.

- Strengthen customer relationships and contribute to strategic business growth.

Ideal Candidate

- 15+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Process Control, or Engineering Services.

- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale operations, project delivery, and P&L.;

- Solid understanding of Industrial Controls, Automation Systems, and key industrial sectors.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and change leadership capabilities.
