Duties and Responsibilities

Trading Operations: Manage daily dealing desk operations across equity, derivatives, and other supported asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely trade execution.

Client Experience & Activation: Drive client activation, address complex dealer and client issues, and continuously improve client engagement and trading experience.

Team Leadership & Expansion: Lead, monitor, and develop a team of approximately 30 members, with responsibility for productivity, performance reviews, training, and planned annual team expansion of 25–30 members.

Revenue & Business Growth: Achieve business targets through improved dealer productivity, client activation, cross-selling of investment products, and new business initiatives.

Trading Opportunities & Training: Identify emerging trading opportunities and conduct regular seminars and training sessions for clients and dealers, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

SOPs & Process Improvement: Develop and implement SOPs for advisory and dealing functions, standardize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Controls & Compliance: Monitor trading controls, manage escalations and incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate with compliance, audit, and regulatory teams.

Client Performance Monitoring: Track client trading activity and relevant performance indicators,



including alpha where applicable, and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes without promising returns.

KRAs:

Trading Operations & Risk Control: Ensure accurate trade execution, smooth desk operations, and compliance with trading procedures and risk controls.

Client Activation & Experience: Drive client activation, resolve dealer/client issues promptly, and improve client engagement and trading experience.

Revenue & Productivity Growth: Achieve revenue targets by improving dealer productivity, cross-selling products, and identifying new trading opportunities.

Team Leadership & Process Excellence: Lead and train the dealing team, implement SOPs, and expand the team by 25–30 members annually.

Qualifications / Educational level & Skills:

Graduate and NCFM qualified Extremely valuable knowledge of equity .

currency and commodity trading,dealership and markets Experience

10 years of client trading experience with good knowledge of stock market

3-4 years of experience as a team-leader as a advisory head with a minimum team of 20 advisors

Location: Noida : work at office

Shift timings: mon to fri ( 9:00 to 6:00)sat (9:00 to 4:00)
