Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for B2B clients across India.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to develop marketing materials and product positioning strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Candidate being familiar with any other construction/building materials related products would be preferable. Candidates having exposure in the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
