Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with institutional objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of faculty members, administrative staff, and non-teaching employees.
- Handle workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance management.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Director, HODs, and management on HR-related matters.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports,



employee databases, and other HR documentation.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Experience
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the education industry, preferably in a college or university, is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing faculty and non-teaching staff recruitment is preferred.

Required Skills
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
