Role Description The Head of National Expansion and Supply is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for driving Union Living’s growth and ensuring reliable supply across current and new locations.

This role oversees end-to-end expansion planning, including market analysis, location selection, vendor identification, and supply readiness for housing and food services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operations and supply chain processes, negotiating with suppliers and partners, ensuring service quality, and optimizing costs and logistics. The role involves leading cross-functional teams,



establishing scalable processes, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong customer-centric standards. The Head of National Expansion and Supply also collaborates with senior leadership to define growth strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

​? Founder-Level Execution: Partner with the CEO to lead high-ticket negotiations, deal structuring, and strategic property acquisitions.

? Pan-India Pipeline: Identify, evaluate, and close prime supply opportunities across Mumbai, Pune, and key national growth hubs.

? Network Growth: Build and drive a high-yield network of top developers, asset owners, and real estate partners.

? Scale the Function: Transition from strong IC execution to building, hiring, and leading the national supply team as we scale.

​? What We’re Looking For:

​? Solid track record leading property acquisition/supply in co-living, student housing, hospitality, or CRE.

? Pan-India exposure with a strong existing network of real estate channels and asset owners.

? Sharp commercial acumen, negotiation instincts, and founder-level gravitas.**
