Dent@Home is a comprehensive at-home dental care company providing dental treatment to patients who may find it difficult to access conventional clinic-based care — particularly senior citizens, medically compromised patients, persons with disabilities and those with restricted mobility.

Founded in Mumbai in 2020, Dent@Home has since provided care to 4,000+ patients across 10,000+ home visits, with operations across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune. Dent@Home was also featured on Shark Tank India Season 5.

The role involves a combination of clinical dentistry, team leadership and centre management. We are looking for a clinically experienced dentist who can take ownership of the Bangalore centre, build and manage the local team, oversee clinical and day-to-day operations, and work closely with the central team as the Bangalore operations grow.

strong communication and leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an interest in taking on a larger management and operational role alongside clinical practice.
