Reporting directly to the CTO, the selected professional will lead the Business Excellence agenda across multiple manufacturing facilities, institutionalising a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline and measurable financial performance. The position is at the

Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Business Excellence and Six Sigma transformation roadmap.




- Drive high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects focused on productivity, process capability, quality, cost optimisation and profitability.
- Identify, prioritise and execute strategic improvement initiatives with clearly measurable financial benefits.
- Develop and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts, building internal capability for sustainable excellence.
- Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to implement DMAIC, DFSS, structured problem-solving and performance improvement programmes.
- Establish robust governance mechanisms to monitor project delivery, sustain improvements and demonstrate bottom-line impact.
- Champion a proactive, data-driven and performance-oriented organisational culture.

Desired Leadership Profile

- Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related disciplines.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Master Black Belt certification will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience leading Business Excellence, Operational Excellence or Six Sigma programmes in large, multi-plant manufacturing organisations.
- Strong exposure to high-speed, high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-value transformation projects with quantified financial benefits.
- Experience developing and mentoring Black Belt and Green Belt teams.
- Sound understanding of TQM, TPM, quality management systems and advanced analytical tools.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence senior leadership.
