- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or technical issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, CCTV systems, and network devices.
- Provide basic hardware and software support to employees.
- Maintain IT equipment records and coordinate repairs.
- Support basic website updates and HTML-related tasks when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, LAN, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Windows, printers, and software installation.
- Responsible, observant, and able to maintain technical records.
