- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and other computing devices.

- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Configure and install operating systems, software applications, and drivers.

- Install, configure, and maintain software applications to meet organizational needs.

- Set up and maintain reliable internet connections and networking infrastructure.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

- Maintain computer and electronic asset tracking

Qualifications:

- B.Sc Comp / B.Com Comp /B.Tech

- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

- Solid knowledge of computer components, operating systems, and peripheral devices.

- Experience with hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

- Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in computer hardware support or a related field.

- Willingness to travel to various locations to provide on-site support
