Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for well-presented, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executives for its restaurant at Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing table requirements, explaining menu options, coordinating with the restaurant service team and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Candidates with a background in Airlines, QSR, Restaurants or Hospitality are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong interest in guest service are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation.
- Explain menu items, food options, offers and recommendations to guests.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries and special requests.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service team to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest feedback,



queries and basic complaints professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service standards.
- Maintain a well-organised and welcoming dining workplace.
- Follow restaurant grooming, hygiene and guest-handling standards.
- Support smooth coordination between guests and restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Experience in Airlines, QSR, Restaurant or Hospitality preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation.
- Well-mannered, confident and customer-focused.
- Good guest-handling and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Male and female candidates are welcome.

Compensation and Perks
