Job Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to manage front-desk operations, welcome clients, ensure a smooth clinic experience, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handle front-desk operations, including appointments, registrations, and client inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, counsellors, and clinic management to ensure smooth client flow.
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Guide clients regarding clinic services, treatments, packages, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain accurate client records, appointment details, and daily registers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding appointments and feedback.
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and escalate them to the Centre Manager whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality standards at the reception area.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Support the clinic team in achieving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or healthcare/wellness industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Skilled personality with a pleasant and welcoming attitude.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle clients patiently and professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Experience in salons, spas, hospitals, wellness clinics, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
