We are hiring for the position of Guest Relation Executive with a reputed company in the Real Estate Industry.

Job Details

- Position: Guest Relation Executive
- No. of Openings: 2
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Industry: Real Estate / Real Estate Advisory
- Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-oriented Guest Relation Executive to manage front desk operations and provide a premium hospitality experience to clients visiting the site office.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet walk-in clients, Channel Partners, and VIP guests professionally.
- Manage front desk and reception activities.
- Assist visitors with registration and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Offer refreshments such as tea, coffee, and water to clients.
- Manage the waiting lounge and ensure a comfortable client experience.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for client allocation and appointments.
- Manage meeting rooms and discussion cabins.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Sourcing teams for incoming clients.
- Ensure brochures, marketing materials, and project displays are properly maintained.
- Handle basic administrative activities, pantry stock, and stationery.
- Maintain daily walk-in records, including lead sources and visitor details.
- Prepare and share daily visitor reports with management.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and qualified presentation.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple visitors and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in Real Estate Front Desk / Guest Relations / Hospitality will be preferred.

Job Location As per company site office requirement.
