Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Join one of India's largest hospitality groups, operating some of the country's biggest and most reputed fine-dining Pan-Asian restaurants across Delhi and Mumbai.

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, engaging dining experience.
- Handle guest queries, reservations and walk-ins.
- Assist with billing and operate POS software.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Build good relationships with guests and handle feedback professionally.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Young, energetic, friendly and well-spoken individuals preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.
