Key Responsibilities

Member &

- Guest Experience

- Welcome and greet members, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

- Support new members during onboarding and provide guidance on workspace usage, facilities, and services.

- Handle member concerns, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.

- Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and networking sessions.

Frontline Communication

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to office space, memberships, meeting rooms, and other services.

- Coordinate with the sales team for leads, walk-ins, and prospective client queries.

- Maintain member records and ensure proper documentation.

Operations &

- Facility Coordination

- Work with housekeeping, pantry, and security teams to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

- Coordinate meeting room bookings, event spaces, and office supplies for members.

- Ensure adherence to building protocols, health & safety measures, and visitor access policies.

Logistics &





- Administration

- Receive, log, and distribute courier, parcels, and mail for members.

- Maintain office inventory, stationery, pantry supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.

- Assist in managing vendor coordination and basic facility requests.

Access &

- Security Management

- Ensure only authorized members, staff, and visitors access the premises.

- Oversee visitor registrations, ID checks, and movement within the office space.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with coworking management or CRM software is an advantage.

- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, qualified demeanour under pressure.

- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
