ROLE PURPOSE
RightWalk Foundation (RWF) is dedicated to addressing poverty and inequality by activating transformative social policies end to end, through Policy Advocacy, System Design, Capacity Building and Efficient Delivery, engaging System Leadership, Lawmakers and Communities. This work has unlocked policies such as RTE 12.1(c) in Uttar Pradesh, directly impacting over 10,00,000 children across 75 districts and 50,000 schools, and has activated Apprenticeship policy in several states, enabling over 2,00,000 youth to find skilling and employment opportunities.
The Apprenticeship programme can impact the lives of 50,000 to 1,00,000 youth by helping them secure employment through an "earning while learning" model, and is one of RightWalk's top-priority schemes. This is a ground-level role in public policy implementation across Gujarat, offering the opportunity to directly impact the lives of thousands of youth from vulnerable communities.
The Ground Delivery Navigator role reports to the PMU Head – Gujarat and is responsible for coordinating and liaising with stakeholders at the district/division level to drive implementation of the programme on the ground — building and managing relationships with ITIs, industries, and institutions to place candidates in apprenticeships or permanent positions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders across industries. The position holder will spend a significant proportion of time at ITIs, Skill Development Mission (SDM) centres, and industries.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

OUR iMHERO VALUES — WHAT WE LOOK FOR
At RightWalk, thriving means living our six iMHERO values every day — as behaviours you can observe, not adjectives you can claim.
- Integrity — Do right, always. Report accurately even when results are bad, flag problems early, and never hide data issues or inflate impact.
- Mission — Rights-holders are why we exist. Every decision traces back to the people the policy was meant for.
- Holism — See the whole, work every part. Zoom out to think, zoom in to deliver; connect field reality to policy insight.
- Excellence — High bar, every time. Work counts only when it is delivered, communicated and documented.
- Resolve — Unafraid, unbreakable. Stay steady under pressure and persist through bureaucracy at every level, from government to the last mile.
- Ownership — Your name on it, no excuses. Anticipate problems early; every task has an owner, a deadline and an output.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Location: Gujarat (multiple locations), with a significant share of time spent at ITIs, SDM centres, and industries.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the division.
