Hiring for : Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage reservations and guest interactions.
- Maintain robust relationships with guests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and grooming.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good personality and a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred.
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per hour
