Roles & Responsibilities

- Design attractive and professional posters, banners, and promotional creatives for digital platforms.
- Create engaging social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop recruitment posters, corporate creatives, marketing materials, and branding designs.
- Work on layouts, typography, colour combinations, and visual elements to create impactful designs.
- Convert creative concepts and business requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
- Make necessary design modifications and deliver creatives within deadlines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience in Graphic Designing. Freshers with good design skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Ability to create qualified posters, social media creatives, and marketing designs.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and deliver quality outputs.
- A creative portfolio or previous design samples is required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of branding and social media design trends.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
