We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with 3+ years of professional experience across graphic design, video editing and videography, along with strong practical knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted content creation.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a creative brief from concept to finished content—designing visuals, planning and shooting videos, editing engaging stories, and using AI tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

A strong sense of design, visual storytelling and attention to detail is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create engaging designs for social media, digital advertisements, websites, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
- Develop campaign visuals, product creatives, promotional layouts and brand communication materials.
- Create clear, visually appealing infographics from supplied information.
- Maintain consistent typography, colour, layout and visual identity across all creative work.

Videography

- Plan and carry out video shoots for products, brands, interviews, events and promotional content.
- Handle camera settings, composition, lighting, stabilisation and audio recording.
- Develop shot lists and capture footage that supports the creative concept and final edit.
- Organise footage and production assets for an effective editing process.

Video Editing

- Edit reels, short-form videos, advertisements, product videos, interviews and other promotional content.
- Combine footage, music, sound, captions, graphics and transitions into engaging videos.
- Perform colour correction, audio cleanup and basic motion graphics.




- Adapt videos to different platforms, aspect ratios and campaign requirements.

Generative AI and AI-Assisted Content Creation

- Use generative AI tools to create and refine images, video clips, backgrounds, visual concepts and other creative assets.
- Write and refine effective prompts, use visual references and maintain consistency across generated content.
- Apply AI features within video editing and design workflows, including captioning, background removal, image enhancement, audio cleanup and content adaptation.
- Combine AI-generated assets with original design, photography and footage to produce polished final outputs.
- Use AI to support infographic development and visual storytelling, checking facts, figures, labels and text before delivery.
- Review and correct visual errors, inconsistent details and brand mismatches in generated content.
- Explore relevant AI tools and apply them where they improve the quality or efficiency of the work.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional design tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,



or equivalent video editing software.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI image generation, AI video generation and AI-assisted editing and content creation.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding, video pacing and visual storytelling.
- Practical knowledge of cameras, lighting and sound recording.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, respond constructively to feedback and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to prepare and organise final deliverables and editable project files.

- Experience in an advertising agency, branding studio, digital marketing team or content production company.
- Product photography and commercial shoot experience.
- Strong motion graphics, sound design or colour grading skills.
