About the Internship

The Harsmit Ventures is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who wants to begin or strengthen their journey in graphic design.

This is a learning-oriented, unpaid internship for a minimum commitment of 3 months. The selected intern will work on practical design assignments across THV's Finance, Technology and AI business verticals, building real-world experience and a professional design portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
- Create presentation designs, company profiles and business-related marketing materials.
- Develop visual creatives for THV's services, campaigns and announcements.
- Assist with website graphics, service banners and other digital assets when required.
- Maintain consistency with THV's brand identity, colours, typography and design guidelines.
- Work with the content and digital marketing team to translate ideas into visual designs.
- Make revisions based on feedback and meet agreed deadlines.
- Organise and maintain editable design files and creative assets.

Requirements

- Genuine interest in graphic design and visual communication.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
- Understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity,



attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and accept constructive feedback.
- A portfolio or sample designs are preferred. Academic or personal projects are also welcome.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Internship Details

- Duration: Minimum 3 months.
- Compensation: Completely unpaid, learning-oriented internship.
- Work Mode: Remote.
- Location: India.
- Commitment: Consistent participation and completion of assigned design work.
