Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, reels, animated posts, and short-form video content

- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, logos, and other brand collateral

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Develop content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends

- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and ad creatives

- Keep brand identity consistent across all platforms

- Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and viral formats

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and animation principles

- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)

- Knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies

- Positive copywriting and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
