Job Summary :

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) programme is designed to provide fresh engineering graduates with structured training and hands-on exposure to different departments within the organisation.

During the training period, trainees will gain practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, quality systems, production operations, and other relevant functions.

Based on performance, technical capabilities, aptitude, and areas of interest, trainees will be assigned to a suitable department upon successful completion of the training programme.

Key Responsibilities :

- Undergo structured on-the-job training across various departments, including Production, Quality, R&D;, Maintenance, and other relevant functions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products, their applications, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements.
- Gain practical exposure to manufacturing operations, production planning, process control, and quality management systems.
- Understand departmental functions, responsibilities, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Participate in departmental projects, assignments, and improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Learn problem-solving techniques and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Understand company systems, procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.




- Apply engineering knowledge to practical manufacturing challenges.
- Demonstrate initiative, discipline, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Complete assigned tasks and training activities within the stipulated timelines.

Eligibility Criteria :

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in electronics manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Good understanding of fundamental electronics engineering concepts.
- Willingness to learn and work across different departments during the training period.
