Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Python Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python development, API integrations, cloud deployment and production engineering.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in developing, integrating, deploying and supporting applications in production environments. You should be comfortable working with Python, REST APIs, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes and monitoring/observability tools.

We are looking for an engineer who can build applications, deploy them, troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability through automation and observability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable applications and services using Python.
- Develop and manage REST API integrations with enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.
- Work with JSON, XML, microservices and API-based communication.
- Manage source code using Git/GitHub and follow standard development workflows.
- Containerize and deploy Python applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms to support application deployment and releases.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and deployment issues in production environments.
- Analyze application logs, metrics and performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement application monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerts using APM and observability tools.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvements in application reliability.




- Support OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and related application-platform integrations where required.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on Python development.
- Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI or Django.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API integration, JSON and XML.
- Practical experience with Git/GitHub and source code management.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in application deployment, production support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of application monitoring, logging, metrics and observability.
- Exposure to APM and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus or Splunk.
- Strong analytical, debugging and root cause analysis skills.

Valuable to Have
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
- Helm, ArgoCD and GitOps.
- OpenSearch, Elasticsearch or ELK Stack.
- React, Angular or other frontend technologies.
- Understanding of SRE practices, SLIs, SLOs and reliability engineering.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a Python Engineer with strong production engineering capabilities, who can independently take applications from development to deployment and production support.
