WinVision Eye Hospitals is a family-run chain of eye hospitals in Hyderabad and Khammam. We are hiring a front office associate for our main branch in Begumpet.
What you will do: Greet patients and visitors and register them at the front desk. Manage appointments and the patient queue, and handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and billing so patients move through smoothly. Keep patient records up to date in our hospital system.
Who we are looking for: Graduate in any discipline. 1 year at a front desk or reception, ideally in a hospital or clinic, though freshers with positive communication can apply. Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English. Comfortable with computers and basic data entry. Calm, polite and patient with people who may be anxious or unwell.
Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
