About us

Eden Garden City is a DTCP approved (77/2024), TNRERA registered (TNRERA/37/LO/3537/2025) residential plot layout in Ambur with 197 plots, 40-ft roads, solar street lights and a children's park.

RoleYou'll be the first person our customers meet and speak to: welcoming visitors at the site office, handling calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and helping customers move from first enquiry to site visit and booking.

Responsibilities

- Greet walk-in customers and show them the layout map, approvals and amenities
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and book site visits
- Keep a daily lead register (name, town, plot interest, follow-up date) in Excel or Google Sheets
- Follow up with interested customers by phone and WhatsApp
- Coordinate site visits with the sales team, and help customers with bank loan document lists
- Maintain the site office,



brochures and visitor records

Requirements
- Positive spoken Tamil and basic English
- Friendly, confident and well-presented, comfortable talking to families and customers
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Any degree or diploma; freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Real estate, front office or customer service experience is a plus
- Candidates from Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Gudiyattam or nearby preferred
