Ashtamudi Salon, a well-established salon brand with operations across Kerala and Dubai, is inviting applications for the position of Receptionist at our Ashtamudi Wellness Salon, Kazhakkoottam.

We are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. If you enjoy interacting with people and can efficiently manage front-office activities, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and guide them regarding salon services.
- Coordinate appointment bookings, maintain schedules, and follow up with clients.
- Manage telephone inquiries, emails, and customer walk-ins.
- Maintain and update customer details, financial records, inventory information, and staff records.
- Assist with billing, payment handling, and preparation of daily sales reports.




- Coordinate front-office activities to ensure effective salon operations and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

- Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
