Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Front Office cum Marketing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-office responsibilities while supporting the company's marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and customer communications.
- Manage front-office operations and maintain daily records.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and generate new business leads.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or marketing will be an advantage.
